Jagua Tattoo Home Kits

Jagua, a tropical fruit native to the lush Amazon rainforest, has a rich history of being utilized for both body adornment and medicinal purposes!

Jagua Tattoo longevity varies, lasting between 7-14 days and coloring from navy to black, depending on location on body, your unique skin chemistry, and aftercare. Tattoos last longer on areas that don’t rub against clothing or other body parts as frequently. Finger tattoos typically last for a shorter duration. Use within 3 months of purchase.

Patch Test: For those allergic to kiwi, berries, citrus, or tropical fruits, conduct a spot test before full application (provided with purchase). Not recommended for children under 3 years old.

Jagua Tattoo Application:

  1. Clean skin with soap and water, and fully dry the area.
  2. If needed, cut out the desired tattoo design, ensuring a close cut to ease application.
  3. Mix together provided developer powder packet with 1 cup of warm water.
  4. Wet a cloth or paper towel in the mixture, ensuring it’s well saturated but not dripping.
  5. Peel off the plastic layer(s), and press the light grey sticky side down onto the skin.
  6. Press the damp cloth over the tattoo paper for at least 30 seconds, ensuring the tattoo paper is completely dampened.
  7. Peel back a corner, checking that the light grey ink has transferred to the skin. If not, press down again, re-dampen cloth and moisten the paper further.
  8. Ensure the light grey ink has transferred to skin, and slowly peel back the paper. Wait 24-48 hours for the tattoo to fully develop.
  9. For best results, avoid getting the tattoo wet for at least 3 hours. Avoid hot water, saunas, exfoliation, and excessive sweating for optimal results, especially within the first 24 hours.

Avoid tattoo transfer: for the first 2 nights, cover the tattoo with loose clothing to prevent tattoo transfer to other body parts.
