Refund and Returns Policy

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me at okanaganbodyart@gmail.com (allow a few days for response as I am occasionally unplugged), and I will make sure we can find you a fair solution. Please read on below for our return policy.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept return of unused tattoos.

We do, however, offer a satisfaction guarantee! If you applied the tattoo according to our application instructions, after 72 hours of applying your tattoo you are not satisfied with results, please contact us with a photo and your complaint to begin the refund process.

Our refund policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, a refund is not guaranteed.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts, or incorrectly applied for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Once your refund email is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopokana@gmail.com for return instruction.
